“A Corridor of Art through the Seas and Mountains” is the special exhibition of Japanese contemporary art at several venues which are located through the seas and the mountains of Onomichi and Fukuyama regions of Hiroshima Prefecture.
While you travel from a venue to a venue, you’ll enjoy beautiful local sceneries and at the same time the art works of post war period by the Japanese contemporary artists such as world known Yayoi Kusama, Takashi Murakami, Yoko Ono and the young emerging ones as well. The lineup of artists may be the first exhibition in Japan to enable you to see very representative artists of 70’s till 2000.
